Orders may be placed online at laurastephanie.com at any time. All merchandise is made-to-order by artisans in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area. The estimated lead time for shipping the merchandise is 4 weeks. If the merchandise is ready before the allotted window, the merchandise will ship as soon as it is complete. Provided the merchandise is in stock, merchandise will ship within 2 business days from purchase. Orders shipping within the Continental United States will ship via Standard (3-7 business days) or Second Day (2 business days) insured with tracking. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on National Holidays. You will be notified via email when your order ships and sent the tracking information.
Please note: A signature upon delivery is required for all orders.

Laura Stephanie does not ship to Post Office Boxes (PO Boxes). Laura Stephanie does not refund for lost or stolen packages, nor is it responsible for items not received due to an incorrect shipping address.
Laura Stephanie reserves the right to refuse sales or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the siteโs Terms or as otherwise determined by the company.

Using the sizing guide PDF above or a flexible measuring tape, measure the circumference of your wrist just above the wrist bone (toward the elbow). If you do not have a flexible tape use a strip of paper or piece of ribbon, then measure that piece with a ruler.
Compare your measurement to the sizes listed, which correspond to the circumference of your wrist in inches, and choose the matching bracelet size.
If your bracelet or cuff appears to be between two sizes, we suggest you choose the larger size.

If you would like to make a purchase outside of the United States, please contact us at concierge@laurastephanie.com and a sales representative will contact you. International customers, as well as customers located outside of the continental United States, are responsible for shipping and insurance charges, including any taxes or customs duties. Items that are unclaimed by a customer and returned to our studio will not be re-shipped unless all incurred fees are paid.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us within 24 hours of delivery receipt at concierge@laurastephanie.com. If you purchased any merchandise from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, please contact the original retailer from which is was purchased directly. We are only responsible for merchandise purchased directly from laurastephanie.com.
If you would like to clean your jewelry at home, we suggest scrubbing with an unused soft toothbrush and warm water, unless otherwise advised. We recommend removing jewelry when exposed to chlorine bleach, such as swimming pools and household cleaners, to protect the gold from becoming pitted. We would be happy to clean your jewelry if you would like to arrange to have it shipped to and from our studio. Please contact concierge with more questions.
Quality and craftsmanship are of utmost importance to us. Please contact concierge regarding repairs. Please include your name, address, order number and repair issue. You will be provided a repair authorization number, which must be clearly labeled on the package.
Laura Stephanie will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 1 year of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after (one) 1 calendar year or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair charge at the customerโs expense. Laura Stephanie is not responsible for broken or lost stones. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis and communicated prior to the repair process beginning. We will only accept repairs for merchandise purchased on laurastephanie.com. Repairs for merchandise purchased at one of our retailers must be returned through the original point of purchase and cannot be accepted at the studio.
All prices on the website are shown in United States Dollars. Local taxes, including sales tax, if applicable, will be added to your order. For all international sales, local duties and fees will apply whenever applicable at the most current rates.
